MAINTENANCE TECH (P/T)
Seeking an experienced maintenance tech to upkeep the building & grounds. Part-time, Flex hours. Trustworthy, detail oriented, reliable & have a great work ethic. Knowledge of spackling, sheetrock, plaster repair, concrete/cement repair, painting & weedwacking required. 5+ years experience in the field required. Must have most of their own tools necessary for the job.
