MAINTENANCE TECH (P/T)

We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our historic live performance venue. This role offers flexible hours and approximately 20 hours per week, with a chance to work in a dynamic, creative environment.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in general building maintenance
Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

Proficient in:
- General building repairs (e.g., spackling, sheetrock, plaster, concrete, cement)
- General carpentry, electrical, and plumbing
- Painting
- Basic landscaping (e.g., weed whacking)
- Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems (HVAC)

Must own and maintain most tools necessary to perform the work
Flexible part-time schedule — perfect for a semi-retired tradesperson, independent contractor, or side-gig pro.
